By accessing or using the services of Bloom Kids Services (“we,” “us,” “our”), including this website, phone consultations, written materials, and in-person or virtual guidance, you (“you,” “client,” “parent,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Bloom Kids Services provides educational consulting and parental guidance related to developmental challenges including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing issues, speech/language delays, and learning difficulties.
Our services include:

IEP guidance and support

Observations and action plans
-
Introductory and follow-up consultations

In-home support planning

Seminars, workshops, and educational resources
We do not provide:

Medical diagnosis or treatment

Legal representation or advice
-
Psychological evaluations
-
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), occupational, or speech therapy

Services that require licensure we do not possess

3. No Professional-Client Relationship Created
Use of our services does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or teacher-student relationship. Our advice and materials are intended to support, not replace, professional or legal services.
4. Client Responsibility
You agree that:

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any information shared with us is treated as confidential and used only for providing services. However, we are not a HIPAA-covered entity and cannot guarantee HIPAA compliance. Please do not share protected health information unless necessary.

7. Scheduling, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Consultations must be scheduled in advance.

We require [24- or 48-hour] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.

All digital materials are non-refundable.
8. Payments and Fees

All service fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

We reserve the right to update pricing and will notify clients of any changes in advance.

Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be sent to collections.

All content provided by Bloom Kids Services—including written materials, session notes, PDFs, videos, and website content—is protected under copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without prior written permission.
